I don't normally post the smallest apps; but this new to the AIC app intrigues me; so I thought it might pique the interest of others here too.
It's for a currently vacant lot, on the first side street south of Danforth, just a bit west of Greenwood. The site was a parking lot for a funeral home facing Danforth, which is now being redeveloped (different thread); and this site has been severed for its own small scale proposal.
To the west of this site is SFH, to the north is public laneway, to the east is surface parking for a childcare centre on Danforth, and it's opposite an eccectic mix of SFH, parking for TTC Greenwood, and a Fire Station.
