First CMC was March 18th, 2024.

Last entry is a Status Hearing from August 22nd, 2024.

From the Cover Letter, we learn that the OLT approved the OPA and ZBA in April '24, but with a long list of conditions which the March submission sought to fulfil:

The settlement of the appeals of the OPA/ZBA have been ratified by the OLT.

SPA remains under appeal but moving towards settlement:

Thanks, is there an active AIC link for the SPA, the one from the ZBA goes nowhere.

The link currently nulls out, but that link (here) should work once the page is activated (likely after OLT conditions are cleared on the OZ file, assuming the SPA is being advanced)
