There is a $1 listing for a property at the northeast corner of Dundas Street East and Treadwells Drive, ~1km east of Dixie Road. A car dealership and single-detached dwelling is currently situated on the site. A concept plan has been prepared for the redevelopment into 2 residential towers at 39 and 33 storeys.

I can hear council and the NIMBY folks over this, even though the area needs it. The only place to put ppl these days and deal for housing issues is up and not 6 floor.

Dundas east has been a blight since I started to live in Mississauga and if done right, you can put 200,000 ppl living and working along it and up to CP line.
