Generally looking forward to this one. The anonymous glass street level kinda sucks in such a dynamic area and the back and top portions look like they could be better, but the brick seems like it could be pretty nice and the scale of the development is I think pretty much perfect. Looking forward to the resulting alleyway between the buildings being animated as well as it appears to be in the renders.

This seems like it will be a graceful example of how to build into Toronto's brick warehouse districts. This is in particular a really nice surprise given how bad the previous proposal was!
