Update: initial renders showed the integrated horizontal lighting system only on the upper crown area. But today I saw the same lighting be tested in much lower floors of the tower. I was only able to capture this. is it possible the lighting will be in every floor?
I think the lighting feature will be even more ambitious than we thought

How odd, I wonder if it's really only one strip midway that can light up like that or if it's possible for all of them. That would be really cool.....

I made a joke earlier in the thread somewhere that this building was ”ribbed for our pleasure” but with the top lit up and with the singular lit band in the middle evoking the base of a condom, I can see CF and the architect going all in on this now.

That's the green lighting depicted on the hoarding. But now we know it could be changed to other colours. I wonder how they're planning to light the tower (or at least the crown). Will there be a half hour multi-coloured light show nightly like we saw Monday night and just the white outline lighting otherwise? Or will they stick to just one colour but changing it according to a theme (like the CN Tower)?
