These sure look like wires with connectors taped out of the way. Are these lights on the louvers or light panels or something else?

Great pics everyone! I do wish the cornices were put back on the historical building on the corner of University and Front street. Otherwise a fine project. Especially considering this will be one of the last big office buildings going up for a long while it seems.
