I have to say the incorporation of the heritage building here is just really really well done. It preserves the character and street level feel. It feels like it still belongs while integrating with the tower nearly seamlessly.

I wasn’t expecting he strong horizontal lines but I like it

This has been a fun building to watch being built. And so far one of the nicest editions to Toronto

I'm loving this one. I only wish there was more material difference between the main glass and the glass in the cutout around the heritage building. I think the effect would be stronger if it had a textural difference of some kind. Still 9/10, solid building.
