Proposal for two mixed-use buildings, 34 and 26 storeys, with offices on the lower levels of each and retail at ground level. The site is currently occupied by an abandoned supermarket, with a very deep parking lot.

The taller of the two buildings would abut Kennedy Road, and would have 431 apartment units starting on the 5th floor.

So far, appears to be a massing exercise/early consult. I really don't care for just two elevators proposed for the residential floors in each tower. It could also benefit from a larger land assembly to include the lands adjacent to Queen Street for a more comprehensive proposal, including access and amenities.

There appear to be 228 units in Building B, with 2 elevators that's 114 units per elevator. That's not good.
With 431 units in Building A and just two elevators though, that's 215.5 units per elevator, and that's horrific.

You're right that these just seem to be early massing models, but I'm not comfortable with this kind of reckless endangerment at any stage of the process.
