Tower section (Floor 3-8) is all Studio units at ~310 sq ft, and 1-Bedroom units at ~500 sq ft.

7 units per floor.

The CoA approved the minor variance.

....and now we wait a month until the CoA OLT appeal window closes --- and hope that no NIMBY neighbour has a grudge and $400 dollars to file an appeal against this CoA approval.

Any ol’ neighbour cannot appeal a CoA decision on a minor variance application under the new rules in the Planning Act. Only a public body (like the City) or agency (like Toronto hydro or Rogers, for example) can appeal.

That is great to hear. Long time coming. When did that change..?
