I wish it was becoming a multi-use street rather than just condo alley. Missed opportunities.Redpath as well is going from sleepy street to condo alley.
We are making it a priority to bring retail up Redpath and further into the neighbourhood. 155 will have 2 retail units running all the way along the east of Redpath (including a new cafe with a large terrace spilling onto the street), while 150 Redpath will have a large 24 hour diner (with large terrace also spilling onto the street), bringing a new energy and animation up the street. Near the two corners will be some amazing public art installations, that will hopefully create a new gateway into the residential center of Yonge & Eglinton. More info on the art can be found on UT below.I wish it was becoming a multi-use street rather than just condo alley. Missed opportunities.
That's great news! The more animation at street level, the better .We are making it a priority to bring retail up Redpath and further into the neighbourhood. 155 will have 2 retail units running all the way along the east of Redpath (including a new cafe with a large terrace spilling onto the street), while 150 Redpath will have a large 24 hour diner (with large terrace also spilling onto the street), bringing a new energy and animation up the street.
