Proposal for a 25-storey (88.5 m including mechanical penthouse) mixed use building with a 6-storey podium, containing 360 residential units and 1,571 sq. m of commercial space at-grade. The building would have a total GFA of 31,535 sq. m with an FSI of 4.22 times the area of the lot. A total of 388 parking spaces are proposed to be located at-grade and within a 3-level underground parking garage. 279 bike parking spaces are proposed.

Yes, finally! I've always hated those diagonally oriented tower-in-the-parks and the awkward space it left at the corner of that intersection.
 
It's early, but just going by the rendering this already looks better than 3/4ths of the nonsense going up in both the downtown core and in midtown.

Neither. The plan is to add the buildings shown in orange on the notice board picture on the sign above.
