Interesting. I watched this present property being built, seemingly by hand, as progress was so slow, for several years. Then as it appeared that most of the final work (well outside at least) was complete, it was up for sale. And now this, which will be an improvement, And the nearby landfill will be the recipient of several tons of deposits no doubt. Nice location if the building is set back far enough from the street. Bronte just gets busier and busier. But definitely a car based location - no services for miles, excluding the municipal. regional, ambulance and police - which are all generally sharing the same 'block' on the other side of the street. And horses, or there were horses rather close by, some residual agriculture left from before Bronte Road became an expressway.

This was the house Dennis Khanna lived in and built on the people her defrauded for 30 years as a Mortgage Broker for Metro Financial in Hamilton Burlington area. He was charged back in 2015. He defrauded hundreds of hard working people out of their homes. He preyed on people who were in very hard financial situations and only needed a break to put them back on Financial Coarse. He would charge astronomical fees, astronomical high interest rates and would change and increase payments on a monthly basis. I truly hope he is now homeless with nothing. Dennis and his wife have also been charged by the CRA for several years tax evasion and his brother in law who is a dentist in Burlington is also involved along with several lawyers and appraisers in the Hamilton area. If you google his name you will see so much information on this criminal and his family.
