Another note to say that the Minor Variance boost posted above @smably was approved with conditions at the CoA; Conditions include a $175,000k cash contribution, Metrolinx sign-off and a minimum 6k ft² community agency space for the City.

Neither are a 'design', they're just elaborate massing. Don't read into either of them beyond height and setbacks.

Insane to voluntarily agree to section 45 cash contribution when this is supposed to be part of new section 37 CBC. KingSett has money to burn I guess. Or maybe they don’t know section 45 isn’t a thing any more and their lawyer and planner didn’t say anything?
