Two infill rental towers, both 18 storeys. The site is located at the northeast corner of Dixie Road and Rathburn Road, across the street from Rockwood Mall and approximately 600 metres from the Dixie Transitway station.

There will be a public on Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at the Burnhamthorpe Community Centre at 7pm.

Dear Resident,

I have arranged a Community Meeting on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 7pm at Burnhamthorpe Community Centre (Fleetwood Village Room) – 1500 Gulleden Drive. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss a proposed development located at 1315 Bough Beeches Boulevard by WND Associates Ltd. The applicant is proposing to redevelop the site with two (2), 18-storey buildings connected by a 6-storey podium. The proposed residential buildings will be purpose-built rental in tenure. The existing 20-storey residential building will be retained as part of the proposal. Please join myself, the applicant and the City of Mississauga staff to discuss the details and any questions you may have about this development.

From the official city plan for this site:
14.7.2.1.1 The lands identified as Special Site 1 are located north of Rathburn Road East and east of Dixie Road.
14.7.2.1.2 Notwithstanding the provisions of this Plan, townhouse dwellings will be permitted. The maximum floor space index (FSI) permitted for all development will be 2.56 and the maximum permitted height will be 20 storeys.
