Comments: Surprisingly un-busy for Kirkor. Rather ho-hum, but mostly inoffensive. Entirely appropriate site for additional density, proximal to Islington Station.

Lots of area precedent.

One issue.......lose the proposed surface parking!

Yup, the visitor parking just off Islington Avenue looks excessive and street-unfriendly, even if this is a part you wouldn't stroll along if you had a choice anyway… but there should be room in the garage for visitors' cars as its size seems excessive, so just put the visitors' vehicles in there!

Anyway, I've been waiting for this one to come up for intensification. There's still plenty of land within walking distance of Islington Station ready to take more buildings too, so let's keep pumping these applications out…
