You're looking for the number under Total GCA, immediately to the right of 'Level'; that's the floor plate in m2
So it would appear that what they've done here is treated anything at or below 12 floors as if it were under the midrise guidelines, and anything above 12 as a 'Tall Building'.

I don't see that the original floor plate was posted for the taller portion, but we can look at the renders for some guidance:

You can clearly see the expansion of the floor plate above the 5th floor, it's quite significant.
