Does anyone here have Todd Irvine on their Twitter/X?

He's a well known arborist who rightly has laid into a crew who have probably killed a bunch of street trees at this site that were to be retained. (they were not developer crews)

If you do have Todd on twitter, maybe direct him to the link for this application, which I have included below, and mention to have a look at the arborist report. There is a pruning plan, and it is not consistent with what happened.

That won't tell him much he doesn't know; what it will do is provide him with evidence the City should have known better.

@ProjectEnd do you want to deliver the news haha to Todd Irvine?

There appears to be an entirely new rezoning submission here as of 2024 (# 24 124851 STE 14 OZ), but the AIC page is not live yet. It can be seen as a 'related application' on the original AIC page.

Pending a submission of documents there, there were some updates as of December 2023 on the original rezoning outlined below:
  • Total residential units increased from 142 to 145
  • Total vehicular parking increased from 24 to 25
  • Total bicycle parking decreased from 208 to 182
Additionally, the storey count in our database has been revised from 8 to 9, accounting for the presence of indoor amenity space on that level.

No new permits since demolition was issued in November.

Application to 'Lift the H' (holding by-law) was filed March.

New Arch Plans. I believe the changes are largely technical in nature but will flag @Paclo to double check.

New AIC link for this:

Another new batch of Docs dated May 3rd, 2024 can be found under the Site Plan Approval file. Same render used.

But the direct link for @Paclo
