There is a unit in here on MLS for rent. Have just started using it and can't see if it says when units are available.

Saw several units lit up tonight so wonder if occupancy has started. Between this and The Well the residential population of this district has really increased in the last couple of months. No picture, sorry.

December 6. The outside of the building looks basically finished - but lots of work still to be done on the units inside. Much construction material can be seen in the windows of the second picture below. Reconstruction both the Adelaide and Portland Street sidewalks was also underway today.

December 13 - again today, Portland Street between Adelaide and Richmond Streets closed all day for more lifts for 123 Portland Street:

January 12: The big change, for our area at least, is that the sidewalk along the Adelaide Street frontage has now been completed, and the lane closures which were disrupting traffic along Adelaide are now gone.
