The podium is significantly improved design wise. Much more attractive.
The tower too is better though the improvement is less substantial.
But we're letting a big element of the change slide under the radar..........the ask has gone from 22s, to 35s.
Previously, I noted, accurately at the time, that area precedents did not support the 22s ask; since then, however, the proposal immediately to the south evolved into a 31s design and was approved at that height.
This makes it quite likely that this proposal will get a positive report at the newly proposed height.
