Another unique checker board looking rectangle box! I was wondering if any of those Victorian houses on the two streets that broader this development will be saved as heritage buildings ? And if or when will this development start ?
 
This tower threatens to dilute the overall quality of this emerging intersection. Hopefully it evolves into something better.
 
It would appear that the owner who didn't sell to Carlyle/Fortress RDI when they were assembling the land for this, now would rather that they bought the half-of-a-semi:
