Crappy quality, but it came out of a report from the Committee of the Whole, which was scanned.

6 story ugly thing in northern Richmond Hill, just south of Jefferson Sideroad. Likely wood construction.

Likely steel, concrete and brick construction. Also likely another retirement home for that area,... there's already a number of retirement homes just south of there.

Is this project being built on the moraine? I thought we couldn't build on the moraine. Whats wrong with this project! It doesn't look that bad. We need more brick glass looking facades with some roof tops for buildings these days. They look more solid than the blue, green glass boxes they build these days!

12050 Yonge Street: a proposed 6-storey mixed-use condo & retail and 2-storey medical office & retail buildings designed by Michael Spaziani Architect for Golden Heights REIC on the west side of Yonge Street, north of Harris Avenue and south of Jefferson Sideroad in Richmond Hill's Jefferson neighbourhood.
