Skale really hitting some mid-rise home-runs with this one, Junction etc. (render promises can apparently be kept after all ;-).

I know you've exactly matched the 2nd rendering angle in the database (good stuff!)... it's a drag the photo is lacerated by a dozen lines.

I think you're conflating Skale and Slate, but developer names are beginning to blend like they're just one typo away from being this season's Pantone colour, not last season's. Skale did do a really nice job at The Bluffs on Kingston Road recently…

That’s how storefront glazing should be done!
Big, expansive panes of curtain wall glass with minimal horizontal mullions.
Of course it would be a shame if retailers cover these windows up for their operations.
