Proposal in the pre-consultation phase for the northeast corner of Queen Street West and Mill Street north in Downtown Brampton, two blocks from the GO Station. The site is currently occupied by a 3-storey medical office building and two houses currently occupied by offices.

Proposing 544 units (mix of one, two, and three bedrooms), along with street-level retail facing Queen Street. There's a lot of parking: 603 spots in the garage, which is both underground and in the above-ground podium.

The northwest quadrant of Downtown Brampton is seeing most of the recent land assemblies and highrise proposals, given the proximity of the GO station, the lack of an affluent NIMBY crowd (unlike the southern part of Downtown Brampton) and being above the historical Etobicoke Creek floodplain.

Can't identify the number of elevators again..........something I saw on plans elsewhere; that was Dialog too!

The excessive parking should, in theory, be remedied by setting parking maximums in DT Brampton, but to do that, we need to see the better level of transit envisioned actually under construction.

Hurontario LRT to DT Brampton; Queen Street BRT, and getting off-peak GO to 30M 2-way, all-day to Mt. Pleasant GO Stn.

Finally, site as it is today, per Streetview:

Re: elevators: it's a bank of 3 and a bank of 4 so 7 total. But I wouldn't read much into this beyond a land value increase exercise. These are the same fly-by-night clowns trying to rezone 30 Scollard with 61 storeys of ultra-premium-luxury product. More money than brains...
