Issues with Massing, Height, Built Form. Interesting how the other two Kingsett proposals just up the street had been approved/settled with (and height didn't seem to be that big of an issue there). Though these here are definitively a bit tighter than the Denarda ones.
I'm not sure what Kingsett's land cost basis is for 1175 Weston + Locust, but I know they're in at about $40/buildable at the Denarda sites. I assume their plan is to sell all 4 of these sites and not build them out. There's going to be a lot of competition for condo sites in this area when the market resurfaces I have a feeling.
