Good to see more intensification surrounding the future Crosstown station a few blocks south at Dufferin & Eglinton.

As a side note, this is just west of the recently built Audi Service Centre at Dufferin & Roselawn:

Not sure what this is; tried searching the map and through the UT threads and couldn’t find anything. Google didn’t bring up anything either and there is no info around the construction site. Anyways, a crane is up at the south west corner of Dufferin and Roselawn. Looks pretty low so I’m...

is this not employment lands? Seems oddly isolated given the new Audi dealer was literally just built between this and Dufferin.
 
So they're getting the extra units while cutting the floors by reducing the number of 2/3 bedroom units. Honestly it doesn't seem a good tradeoff for a reduction in height of 3 metres. No one will ever notice the height difference once constructed but there's 14 fewer families that can live there.
