Not that impressive in my opinion. Developers in this area often rely on the address to sell, while delivering subpar products. I’ve viewed a few units in 8 Cumberland, and the workmanship is shockingly poor—honestly, below preschool standards. The quality of materials used is equally disappointing, practically non-existent.
