Pre-consultation for the lands at 11-37 Jacob Keffer Parkway proposing a 23 & 23-storey residential building designed by Ware Malcomb Architecture for Mosaik Homes (operating as "Alvit Developments" & "Robvit Developments") on the southeast corner of Rutherford Road and Jacob Keffer Parkway in Vaughan's Sherwood–Rutherford neighbourhood.

The site currently hosts two 1-storey fast food establishments, a 3-storey office building and surface parking:

Interesting to see Ware Malcomb jumping into highrise. I associate them with warehouses.

The cyber truck in the rendering is so funny. But in all seriousness, if this project is delivered before two-way all-day GO is in service on the Barrie Line, it will turn into Maple GO TOD all over again...
