Took a few more this morning, as well. The varied use of materials has a nice effect up-close, though the quality thereof on the NW top corner leaves something to be desired.

Building fits in very well with the streetscape overall, though.

The architects should be commended for their excellent colour choices. The orange and green harmonize nicely with the grey cladding and also with the old red-brick wall next door.

Yup, 109OZ is shaping up to be one of the most happily memorable mid-rises in Toronto in a long time.
