A proposal for a 5-tower (27s, 27s, 27s, 20s, 10s) mixed-use redevelopment of a commercial plaza along Wellington Road. Zoning application was approved by the City of London late-2022. This development will be located directly adjacent to the future Wellington BRT leg.
