edit: Though technically it is just in the demolishing phase, not the breaking ground phase. I suppose I still got a chance at being right if Montgomery begins the breaking ground phase first. (How do you even determine that point with the facade being protected? )

I live across the street from the 101 Erskine site.

Since I have an interest in the construction of buildings, I have set up a time lapse camera looking down on the construction site. It also has a live web-feed which refreshes every 5 seconds.
