Vaughan 100 Steeles West | 182.26m | 55s | Dream | BDP Quadrangle

So each lot along Steeles from Yonge and Hilda is going to be an island upon its self? A bunch of cul-de-sacs? I would prefer a new road along the north side of all the lots or a connection to the street to the north (Crestwood) though I'm sure the locals wouldn't go for that.
That's an interim cul de sac until Vaughan extends Royal Palm Dr to the East of Hilda Ave.

This DreamUnlimited 100 Steeles West proposal is likely Dead or Under Redesign - It's no longer listed as an active proposal on PlanIt.

According to Altus, 100% of the site was sold to GALA Developments for $50M. $31 PSF based on appeal density, which is not unrealistic at least for heights. Lots of density here though and on the Vaughan side...
Confirmed in Q2 MPCT Earnings Report that this development was sold and no longer owned by Dream Impact. There was a lot of troubles getting zoning approved, and would have cost a lot more money to keep fighting for the zoning approval. Dream and I assume other investors, decided to just drop the efforts and focus on the other developments they already have on the go.
