New application into the AIC for what is arguably the last unclaimed block on this street. (there is also rear access to the nearby mall, but otherwise, this once SFH street will not have the last of those homes razed).
Zorra for those not in the know is a small N-S street located just a bit east of Kipling, running south off of Queensway to the Gardiner Expressway.
Location as is:
The blue fencing at the extreme right of this Streetview pic is for "The Tailor" redevelopment, which also has Zorra frontage. The UT thread for that can be found here:
Across Zorra and to the north up to Queensway is the IQ Living complex:

Comments: Ever so slightly taller than the IQ sites just to the east, but slightly less ambitious than sites further south toward the Gardiner, I don't see any material issues w/the height density here in terms of Planning or local opposition.
