I believe moving forward, the CIBC tower and perhaps the Bay tower as well needs some sort of re-cladding to fit in with the surrounding construction that is going up. I feel like its an eye sore for the Yonge/Bloor intersection

Sometimes I find older buildings, which I did not appreciate much, looking much better after newer ones arise around them. It creates a historically layered approach, and it also makes the newer ones look better. Win/Win.
