Held up for technicalities that have theoretically now been sorted in a resubmission. Still 34 storeys and 116.1m tall, the technical items are things like moving where the visitor's bike racks will be located, etc. 344 units instead of 342. 3 elevators, or 1 elevator for every 114.666 units.

Nothing to add here other than to say that's an interesting named street...
 
Minor changes from the architectural plan via Rezoning. The total unit changed from 342 units to 334 units. Finally, the total parking reduced from 314 parking to 301 parking.
 
This one was back before Council these last two days, and it moves through with an amendment from Cllr. Carroll:
