Theatre Park Condos (Lamb Development Corp , Niche Development) - Real Estate -

I went to see a unit in this building yesterday. I liked what I saw. The view from the 27th floor unit I was in was spectacular. What is the best easiest way to find out what (if any) of the buildings around Theatre Park are scheduled to be redeveloped into tall structures any time soon? I would imagine the great views to the north and east will not last forever.

Edit: after doing a quick search myself it looks as if, with regards to north/northeastern views, this project may be of significant concern.

any one have any more details about the recent flood? Went for a viewing and notice a giant hole in the lobby with water damage and a notice on every floor stating the fire alarms are disabled.
