The curving balconies are quite interesting. Though I must say, the layout for the units make it difficult to place furniture. That's always a challenge with curve/round layouts

Imagine if they kept pieces of red on random balconies - even though its temporary construction brik-a-brak, I really like the visual effect it creates when balanced with the black and white of the buildings.
