Any updates on move-ins? Are there delays again from the May 2020 date or have people started moving in.

My date was last moved to June 30th.
A month or so ago I got a notice of possible delay but didn't receive anything after that so I assume it is still June 30th.

Yes - the main lobby of one of the buildings (the one fronting on Bathurst Street) is open and staffed. Key pickups are underway (have been for a couple of weeks) and a number of units - understood to be in the low double digits in number - are now occupied.

Question for the buyers/owners: what compelled you to pay upwards of $1200-1400 per square foot for a unit in 17/19 Bathurst when you could purchase a comparable unit in a neighbouring building for around $1000 per square foot?
