Sounds like this project isn't selling well as opposed to Islington Terrace by Tridel? Tridel released Phase 2 already within a year - and not sure why Kip District by Concert didn't?

You can't even purchase parking on the 500 sq ft 1-bedroom unit, otherwise I would totally buy here.
