From Hines' Leasing Brochure for T3 Sterling, the office building that will occupy Block 4A of the development is called 'The Foundry', will be 8 stories tall and contain 115,000 sq. feet of office space.
Truly looking forward to this building, but I have a petty complaint: on that last image, why is the connection between Perth and the railpath labelled "MGT access"? Did they get the railpath and the Martin Goodman Trail mixed up?
