When they are pouring concrete, traffic is backup for blocks. Every time the bucket is raised or lower on St Clair, crews stop traffic until a full bucket is place in the hole.
Concrete is pour into the one that was lower so it ready to switch over when the other bucket is lower.
Have to wait until the building hit grade to find a new loading area off St Clair where traffic will still be force to stop to let cement trucks in/out of the loading area, but will have less impact on traffic at the end of the day compare today method.
