The 23 at Baby Point (441 Jane Street @ Hanley, Terra Firma, 4s, TACT)

Based on how much has been completed so far, all things being normal, there's no reason why they couldn't be ready in May.

Workers have been at the site 6 days/week for the past couple of months. A roof on before the snow comes would be nice!

Agreed. If there is NO roof though, I suppose they can't do the interior (or upper units) through the winter...? And surely things would be delayed, no? I'll post some pics this weekend hopefully.

Looks like they have started the 3rd of 4 floors. Pic quality is not the best, as I got there as it was dark.

Swung by the site on Boxing Day, and there were people working on the place. There's still a lot of work to be done to seal the roof/windows before the snow hits. I imagine a delay is in store if they don't wrap things up in the next 2-3 weeks. Photos below.

We are coming up on 90 days prior to tentative occupancy. Does anyone know how we will receive notice of whether or not the date will be pushed?

I've heard via a letter in the mail from the lawyers. I don't know whether it needs to be received by February 2 or posted by Feb. 2. I trust they would use registered mail to ensure we receive such a letter, but my friends have said that is not typically the case, and we have to cross our fingers for Canada Post to come through. Seems like an ineffective system. No letter yet.....

Yes, also a bit surprised, given how mild the winter was and how much they should've been able to do in theory.
On the bright side, at least it is a final occupancy date

Just wondering what final occupancy everyone received through their lawyer yesterday? We were bumped from the 30th to the 7th.

Also bumped to the 7th. Although I was told 30th was doable, and then lawyers and realtor gave mixed msgs. Other people I know in the building who were supposed to be Sept 23 are now Sept 30. Not sure if there is other phasing or just these 2 week blocks

Rumour has it that Fri Oct 14 might be the new date for some / all people (the previous set up had I believe 2 waves of moves - Sept 23 and Sept 30). It slipped to Sept 30 / Oct 7, but Sept 30 didn't happen, and is apparently Oct 14. Not sure if Oct 7 is staying, moving to Oct 14, or moving to a date beyond the 14th......talk to your lawyers, people!
