That's great timing, I was talking a walk yesterday and I noticed all those parking lots! i.e. fronting Church near the south end. Any idea if there are any proposals whatsoever on them ?
You're right in terms of the inner core they're really the largest lot(s) available that seem to have been forgotten. My guess it they're on the east side for one. Secondly they're north of the desirable St. Lawrence market area. Thirdly, they'd be great for office use but there just isn't that much demand and more prime land (apparently south of the tracks) and around BA are still available for this.
