Summer Apartment Rental - West Mall

Hey all,

I'm looking for a cheap apartment this summer in the West Mall area. Closer to this location the better.

Any ideas? I've never rented in Toronto before and don't really know how I should go about looking.

It's where I will be working.

On Cordova (islington & dundas) they have big 1 bedroom apartments for 825$ per month, wouldn't be too far.

Kipling & Dundas isn't too bad either, lots of rentals around there. Personally, I'd try to stick east of Kipling

Thanks for the advice. What is a reasonable price to expect? I'm a student so money is tight, was hoping for sub-$700.

See if you can find another place.
Wasn't that around the area where the 2 guys randomly fired shots into an apt building ???

Maybe see if you can find a bsmt apt or room to let in a house.

Those shots were fired exactly where they are trying to put those Holiday Living Condos.
