The latest from Cresford Developments, comes Stratford, designed by Joe Brennan, and Brian Gluckstein.

Cresford has pulled this project from the market. It'll likely undergo a redesign and be re-marketed in the future. For the time being this project is dead.

thanks for the news Mike ~ I guess Bayview/Lawrence area has bad karma?? with the plug being pulled on both Cresford's Stratford and Tridel's Huntington

Not Bayview / Lawrence per say, luxury market: Stratford, Huntington, Wentworth, The St. Thomas, all currently off the market.

I've noticed over the past few weeks that there has been some activity on the site here. I just assumed that the project was going to be re-launched, however to my surprise this morning I noticed a new sign indicating that the land is now going to be used for townhomes. The builder is Tribute Communities, project is called Canterbury Towns, pricing starting from $700,000.
