Does anyone know what's going into the old Spire sales office (not the one in the Spire building, but the one on Adelaide, between Victoria and Church)? It's been under construction for quite a while now.

I don't think they are taking all the space - their sign is in the window closest to the door. The for lease sign is still up.

Hmmm....I thought there was only one entrance to that space but maybe they will be sub-dividing it. I guess I can live with Gateway; at least I can quickly pick up tonic for my gin when I run out.
