LRT right of way construction creeps ever closer to Port Credit

Edenshaw has dumped one of their construction trailers at their 49 South Service rd site. I wonder if demolition of the former Port Credit detachment of the OPP will occur soon?

The derelict 1111 Clarkson project. I'm surprised the cranes are still up since this project has been idle for about a year and in creditor protection a lot longer.

After a false start back in late winter, this non profit supportive housing project located at 1639 Lakeshore rd in Clarkson is under construction.

Former property of the Carmelite sisters (Dundas and Mississauga rd). Originally planned redevelopment included a six storey retirement complex. (Photo January 15th, 2023)

Original project discarded. Property was sold and buildings demolished.- Photo November 23rd 2024

56 unit townhome complex is the new project. Site servicing appears to be underway for new roads-Photos November 2025
