Construction doesn't appear to have started yet last I was in the MCC area. Has this changed?

I noticed they are adding framing at the north end of the roof

That was one thought I had, but Phase II Schedule to start this fall would be better, as it will be north of this one.

The other thought was to add something to the roof and keep it out of sight. Time will tell
