Wow... Toronto needs this!
I would love for the parade route to go up Yonge past the church of Scientology, it would be most amusing. The overwhelming majority of my friends in TO (mostly 20'somethings) are athiest/agnostic (such as myself) and would get a real kick out of this. Maybe even combo it with the gay parade to really freak out the religious establishment.

Speaking of which, I need to re-watch Religious, the best documentary of 2008 hands down.

Nice! Between this, Festivus and the the feast of the ascension of the Flying Spaghetti Monster I might be able to fill up more of my social calendar.

All we need is for the Monster Raving Loony party to make an entrance (or the return of the Rhinos) to take care of the political side of things so we can take life on this little blue planet as seriously as it deserves.

it'd be a great venue for me and my fellow members of the ancient mystical order of those who brush their teeth to the left on thursdays & to the right on sundays. we could setup a membership booth & info kiosk along the parade route.
