Re: thanks again!

union carbide

I realize its a planning application but thought since the height is for a previously existing building - I thought "what the heck" and posted it

scoll down to "background" sub-section 2

I miss this building

Re: thanks again!

Mark,

Nice catch. I've added this to the site.

Re: thanks again!

Was searching for something and accidently stumbled onto this pdf containing perhaps a useful list.

list

kenaston gardens, 32 storeys = Empire (reduced to 28)
kenaston gardens, 20 storeys = Rockefeller Centre
kenaston gardens 20 storeys = next phase

some unlisted (?) proposals

2 towers

975 queensway

5 towers - 4 application data sheets starting from page 9

Liberty Village

Battery Park (assumed) - 1 or 4 towers (high podium)

Battery Park

kenaston gardens, 32 storeys = Empire (reduced to 28 )
kenaston gardens, 20 storeys = Rockefeller Centre
kenaston gardens 20 storeys = next phase
these are the new names for each tower, or they are duplicates of NY towers?

also: added the Liberty Village towers
holding off on the Queensway project for a deffinite floorcount
no time to read the Battery Park thing

thanks!

"kenaston gardens, 32 storeys = Empire (reduced to 28 )
kenaston gardens, 20 storeys = Rockefeller Centre"

Those two have duplicate listings

2 others

1430 yonge and The Clairmont
79 Scollard and The Regency

so...
delete the kenaston listings, or delete the other ones?

I'd delete the 2 kenaston listings. Keep the third as is (one of the two 20 storey listings) until the name is revealed (should occur soon)

Likewise, I'd delete the unnamed listings for the other two duplicates.

I deleted or re-used 1430 and 79. I got rid of two of the Kenastons, those date from a site visit I made up there a long time ago, and then it was sort of hard to relate them to existing NY Towers buildings. The third Kenaston I left, but renamed and made part of the NY Towers complex, so that we oughtn't lose track of it in the meantime.

Space is completed (255 Richmond Street East)
Crane "with bucket" erected on site of Fountains of Edenbridge
The Capri in Mississauga is completed (1359 Rathburn Road East)
Papillon Place 1 in Mississauga is topped out

Mark, you can be sick anytime. All have been added (1902 buildings so far) except:

- Battery Park (I had seen this report before, and I think the Battery Park entries are likely a mess, but too much work to figure it out and likely will change anyways)
- 10 Chichester (Link did not work)
- 2348 Weston (did not seem like a building exactly, more like a planning adjustment).

Nonetheless, all else has been updated, and is much appreciated. Remember, the offer of a list of this stuff always stands, though I know you keep your own.

Try this again - 10 Chichester

I've actually taken the time to copy S.com (realize it is now Emporis) approved/proposed entries through the 'all buildings' section. It proved quite useful in locating the errors within my 'mess'. What an invaluable source - glad to be able to contribute to it.

Forgot to mention - crane is up for HVE4 or HVE3 Bldg 2 - whichever it is.

Can't find a report for 2438 Weston Rd. However, I used the TOmaps feature on the city's website to locate the property and I believe it to be the site of Riverside Condominiums, a 10 storey building. Sorry
