I've been a Rogers customer for 25 years and generally I've been happy with the service. Once in awhile Internet speed would slow down or would go offline and I would reboot and back to normal. Lately it's been nonstop interruptions of either going offline completely or slowing down to dial up speed or slower. I've called tech support (30 min. wait) 3 times in the last week and have replaced my router and even had a technician replace all the cable leading into my apt. but the problem persists. Anybody else experiencing this or is it unique to me.
